Thank you for shopping with DJ TYdal Wave Apparel!

Because many of our products are made to order specifically for each purchase, we have a limited returns and exchanges policy.

Size Selection & Change-of-Mind Returns

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, fit preferences, or changes of mind.

For example, if you order a size that turns out to be too small or too large, or the item fits differently than you expected, we are generally unable to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

We strongly encourage customers to review the product descriptions and sizing charts before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered.

If your product arrives damaged, has a printing or embroidery defect, contains a manufacturing error, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us.

Qualifying issues may include incorrect artwork placement, printing defects, damaged merchandise, or receiving the wrong product or size due to a fulfillment error.

Please report these issues within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.

Lost Shipments

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate.

How to Contact Us

To request assistance, please use the Contact page on our website and include your order number and details about the issue.

Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first, as an unauthorized return may not be accepted.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

We appreciate your understanding and support of DJ TYdal Wave Apparel!
